Replanted

Group Registration

2023-2024

Welcome! We are so glad you're here! Replanted hosts monthly groups aimed at supporting families who are interested in or are currently involved in adoption, foster care, kinship care, and Safe Families. Through sharing our stories and experiences, and prayer, we aim to strengthen and encourage all participants’ lives. If available, childcare is provided by trauma-trained mentors. We ask that children come fed.

Commit to Attend

Because the Replanted Ministry works best in a small group community, there is a limit to the number of families who can participate in a group. For this reason, we ask that families who register for this group commit to attending each month so we can develop deep, life-giving relationships with one another (both parents and kids). **Please note that if you register for this group, you are reserving a spot. **Also, please note that our childcare team has received specialized trauma training for children impacted by adoption or foster care. We are eager to meet your child(ren)'s needs!
I agree to commit to my group for the ministry year:*

Release of Liability

Individuals within the leadership team of the Replanted ministry have put forth our greatest effort in securing competent individuals to fulfill the different roles within a Replanted Group. Volunteers have completed task-specific training to equip them with the skills necessary to fulfill the responsibility of their positions. While in good conscience we have done our best to provide a safe environment, we are requesting all participants read & sign this Release of Liability Form. Please be aware that signing up and participating in a Replanted Group, you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing claims for injuries, damages, or loss which you and/or your minor child/ward might sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with and associated with said program/activities. You recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks in these activities and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, damages, or loss regardless of severity, that you and/or your child/ward may sustain as a result of participation. You further agree to waive and forever discharge the Replanted Ministry, including its officials, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims arising out of, connect with, or in any way associated with these activities/programs.
